2m Remote Base

  • The use of the remote base is a privilege of being a paid NEARC member.
  • ID before you begin to use the remote base and let others know that is your intention.  Select the frequency you wish to use and then bring up the link.  Some times you may wish to use the monitor mode first before connecting to a frequency.
  • When you are finished & want to bring the remote base down, ID first so the remote frequency will know you are disconnecting.
  • If you have any questions on the use or operations of the remote base, feel free to ask a club officer or charter member.
